We have 2 MX800 units that we just upgraded to code level ce-9.0.1-4c1e2ba-2017-03-28 and now the corporate directory tab is missing from one unit. I've gone line by line comparison through the GUI and the only difference I've found is only 1 has remote monitoring license. I don't think that's the issue because the corporate directory was there prior to upgrade. Anyone else run into this? Have ideas?
Check that there is a phone book set on the endpoint within TMS, if one is not, than the Directory tab may not appear. You may have to restart the endpoint in order for the Directory tab to appear.
