corrupted tc5.1.5 tms download

Just noticed that the TMS (13.2.1) tc5.15 look quite small.

Maybe worth for you to recheck:

This is how it should look:

s52000tc5_1_5.pkg	211249 KB	23.11.12	14:29:00
s52010tc5_1_5.pkg	145654 KB	23.11.12	14:38:00

An easy fix is to delete it and recheck for updates or download it manually from the download site.

Yes, if file size in Software folder shows 53,653 KB and 78,893 KB then definitely software download didn’t completed properly.

I’d suggest manually download and overwrite existing TC5.1.5 files under Software folder.

BTW, interesting if multiple customers are experiencing this on their TMS servers…

Yes, seems like the TMS download was aborted for some reason. There should be nothing wrong with the files on the ftp.tandberg.com which this service points to, so something must have happened in this particular download operation.
