Is there a way to create a new userid and password on an SX10 endpoint?
We are converting from CTS Manager to TMS and have over 100 endpoints. I'm writing a script that we will apply through telnet. I would like to create a new user account so TMS does not use the admin account.
I can find xCommand SystemUnit command to set the password of the logged-on user, but have not found one that will create a new userid/password pair.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to add a new user via the CLI, the only way appears to be via the web interface.
There may be a way via the "remotesupport" account, but having to apply for one of those for a limited time period for each endpoint via the TAC is more time consuming than manually adding the new account to each device.

To add to Wayne's comments, even when creating an additional user within the web interface, the endpoint logs don't show any entry for the added user, so it's not using the endpoint API to create the account.
Also, in regards to using an account other than the default admin account. If the endpoint is running TC software, TMS will only accept the default admin account for management. However, if the endpoint it running CE software, you can use a different account for management other than the default admin account. Note, CE software requires TMS 15.0 or higher.
