The data sheet doesn't specify what types of call control servers the Spark Room 55 can register to, but if it's anything like the Spark Room Kits, you could register those to CUCM, VCS/Expressway, and third-party call control servers if you purchase it under GPL pricing.
Per the Collaboration Virtual Machine Placement Tool, if CMS is deployed on BE6KM, the entire server will need to be allocated to it.
