I saw this error on Cisco telepresence Multipoint Switch stating '
Call could not be completed because CTMS received a 'SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE' error.
There was a interop call scheduled via CUVC between two end-points ( 1 VC and 1 CTS):
- CTM is showing meeting scheduled
- OBTP is working fine on CTS
- VC unit was not able to dial the no ( For eg: no generated via CTM to join the call is 1678009) but VC was not able to join the call via this no. Call connected via web-interface though, selecting H323 as protocol....
Could it be an issue with Transforms/ Search plan on VCS or is it related to CTMS itself ??
Any thoughts?
