CTS 1.8: Audio add-in (PSTN call) not heared at all sites

We had a multipoint meeting where we added a cellphone user(only audio add-in). using CUCM 7.x+CTS1.8.x+ Gateway(for cellphone add-in)
the operation steps :
(1)start the multipoint meeting
(2)using 7975 's UI, press "comfirm " button , input the Phone NO. of cellphone , and after cellphone answer the call , "comfirm" once
more to join the cellphone in the multipoint meeting.
problem:
The cellphone can hear every endpoints' audio,but the audio of the cellphone was not heard at all endpoints except the CTS500 who add this cellphone in.
i guess it's maybe because of the security level that caused this problem. so i checked the security profile of each devices:
1. CTS : phone security profile is default security profile:
Authentication mode : By existing certificate (precedence to MIC)
2. IPphone 7975: phone security profile is default security profile:
Authentication mode : By existing certificate (precedence to MIC)
3. audio call's Gateway : using default SIP trunk security profile:
outgoing transport type: TCP
so any experts or users can help me to figure out this problem? thanks very much!

Hey,
I also had a n issue for audio add-in.
Where the user is not able to audio add-in the PSTN number.
I tried several number but none could join as audio only participant.
Please provide some insight on this issue.
