CTS 1300 UPGRADE

Hi to all,

I want to upgrade the CTS1300 65 codec.

CUCM version 8.6.2

CTS 1300 version CTS_1.7.4(270)

IP Phone 7975 version SIP75.9-2-1S

I install the cmterm-CTS.1-8-3-4R-K9.P1.cop.sgn and cmterm-7975-sip.9-3-1-1.cop.sgn in the CUCM ( via sftp and installed and also via tftp ) and restarted tftp service.

Now I think I have to go to device -> phone -> cts 1300 and in the field Phone Load Name -->cmterm-CTS.1-8-3-4R-K9.P1 and reload the codec

device -> phone -> 7975 Phone Load Name --> cmterm-7975-sip.9-3-1-1

Is this procedure correct?

Alberto,

When you put the phone load name in see below

CTS: Phone Load Name> CTS.1-8-3-4R-K9.P1

IP Phone: Phone Load Name> SIP75.9-3-1-1

Also don't forget to load the .jar and .jad file for your midlets on your tftp server. Also set up a phone service for the midlets. Once your endpoint upgrades go into your phone profile and subscribe to the proper midlet.
