Hi,
I have a CTS 500 that want to connect to EX 90 via VCS.
Tha audio communication is running well, but neither with the video does.
Have you ever experience with this problem?
Thanks and Regards,
Edwin

Hi Edwin,
The most common cause for this issue is leaving the speakerphone enabled on the 7975g.
Another common cause is not allowing enough bandwidth for the video call. Check the region settings on the CUCM and the links and pipes on the VCS. You need at least 768k for the CTS.
Finally the CTS needs to be running 1.7.4 or higher to allow interop.

Hi Paul,
- leaving the speakerphone disabled was already done.
- Bandwidth setting is properly configured to allow enough bandwidth for video call.
- The CTS has been installed 1.7.5 but it's still not running well for video call.
Thanks.

Hello Edwin,
What versions are you running on the CUCM, VCS, and Ex90?
Do the calls fail in both directions?
If you navigate to the CTS GUI and follow the logs link, do you see any errors listed there at the end of any calls?
Thanks,
Paul
