CUCM 12.5.1 with DX80 on 9.8 using TMS 15.5.0 Issue

CUCM 12.5.1 with DX80 on 9.8 using TMS 15.5.0

 

TMS throwing error of invalid username and pw for endpoint (DX80) registered with CUCM

Going to CUCM to update credentials in said device, then select endpoint and Misc - verify credentials and save/apply

Get message from CUCM saying unable to update as same entry already in db

 

Only way to work around is to blow away device in CUCM and rebuild. Any help here?

This is occurring across all clusters and is always a DX80, but not all endpoints in error state. Has been occurring over time.
