Hi,
We are using CUCM 14.0, CMS 3.1.3, Expressway 12.0 and multiple Webex Room series endpoints.
All servers are placed in centralized location known as DC and endpoints are in multiple locations known as branches.
All endpoints are natively registered to same CUCM cluster in DC.
All branches are connected to DC via mpls & site to site VPNs. Network connection to DC is based on branch size.
We don't have point to point connectivity between branches, our network is star topology.
We are required to do point to point video calls between branches using Webex Room kits but we don't have network connectivity between them, since all branches are connected to CUCM can we use CUCM based MTPs for video calls ?
Please suggest.

No, those only work for audio, for video you would need DSP based MTPs with codec passthru

Thank you Jamie.
Could you please suggest what is needed for providing "DSP based MTPs with codec passthru"
Also briefly could you explain, how does this solution will work.

You'll need PVDMs, aka DSPs, in a router and then configure it as a hardware MTP with codec pass-thru.
