Hi.

You will find the configuration under /nv/usr/local/etc in the logs that you can download from the http interface.

The file name starts with SEP and ends with cnf.xml

This is the configuration that is beeing downloaded from CUCM.

Hello,

Thx MArius.

But as i'm new at Cucm, can you help to point me when i can DL the files from the Web interface?

1: You open the HTTP:// interface of the codc

2: You log in with given credentials in CUCM (default: u: admin / pw: cisco )

3: Under troubleshooting click Log files

4: Go to the tab Log files.

5: Press the "capture new log files" radio button - chose "other/unknown"

6: Press capture new log files button in the bottom

7: When the "log capture status" is 100% press the radio button "download existing file"

8: Use a zip program to unzip the file.

9: locate the configuration file.

Why do you need this file? If you want to backup the configuration you would have to do this in CUCM.

On my TMS, my CTS generate an error message: No SNMP response and Tms connection Error.

All the ports specified by Cisco has been opened on the F/W and the problem persist.
