CUCM server time is out of Sync with TMS server time

Hello,

Have you ever faced this error message in the TMS:

The internal clock of the CUCM is out of  sync with the TMS server clock. The time difference should be less than a  minute. If the clocks are out of sync One Button To Push meetings might  not be displayed to the CTS users.

If yes, how was it resolved?

Hi Firdaush

Have you actually checked if the time is deviating on the devices? TMS application runs on a windows server and windows is usually taking care of this. What about the NTP settings in the CUCM? Are you sure that ticket is still valid? It was raised 14th of january.

In my TMS,the time is quite different with a difference of about 2 minutes.

Do you think that there is a problem syn with the ntp server?

I have same problem in TMS 15.3....tms time behind 5 minutes but cucm ntp ok....How we can change time in tms 15.3 windows server 2012 R2..
