We currently run a trial version of CiscoWorks Voice Manager 3.0
It is going fine except by the lack of utilisation & statistics for analog and digital (ISDN/E1/T1) from the existing Cisco voice gateways.
We heard that Cisco Unified Operation Manager 1.1 support all CWVM 3.0 features and more.
We need the following CWVM 3.0 features:
-Voice port configuration & voice port utilization statistics (key feature)
-Dial plan generation and management (key feature)
-Gatekeeper management
-Manage gateways, Cisco CallManager Express, and Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST)
-SIP User Agent configuration
-Call history data collection and monitoring (key feature)
Does anybody know if these features available on Cisco Unified Operations Manager 1.1 ?
