Desk Pro unable to connect to Cisco Cloud due to home network firewall

Hello

 

I have a user with a Desk Pro at his home office. We reset his device to set it up under personal mode however now it is unable to connect to the cisco cloud service due to a firewall blocking the signal. What is the work around for this? We conducted the Cisco test and here are the results:

We whitelisted the sites on his home network and still nothing.
