Hello. I have a CTS 1300 connected to a touch 12. I don't seem to be able to access dial history or missed calls. Is this available through the Touch 12?

Hello Mike,
Unfortuantely dial history does not exist on touch 12. You need to contact local Cisco sales team to open a feature request for it.
