Hello, it depends where you VC endpoint is registered and where the destination endpoint is registered.
When using expressway solution and endpoint registered on UCM the way to dial external SIP & H.323 endpoints is:
id@domain, e.g. james@cisco.com or 3242@cisco.com
For endpoints without domain registration: 3242@193.132.43.23 (public IP)
For endpoints only reachable by public IP you need to configure domain routing and use the @ip (or other domain that you configured on UCM): 193.132.43.23@ip
