I need help with my Video conferencing system

I have a Cisco C20 Codec with the Tandberg Camera Unit.

During Videoconference I get this alert " Distance Alert - Please move away from the camera, You can disable this alert from settings"

 

However, there is no such setting in the settings

 

Any help to get rid of this pop up

Are you able to provide more information on your system, like which particular camera are you using, and what software version you are running on the C20 (is it a current release -ie TC7.3.15, or something older).

I am using a Cisco Tandberg Camera TTC8-02

Model - PrecisionHD1080 12x

Software Version on the Camera - S01718-4.Final(ID-40005)2016-06-07

 

Software Version on the C20 - TC7.3.7.01c84fd
