We use CTM (1.6.5.0) in our environment. Most of the users use web outlook to book the meeting. If they book a re occurance meeting and try to modify it for a single instance with additional rooms a new meeting shows up with the same subject and time. This has also been observed when the user uses outlook client. The version of outlook is 2007. Any views on this will be really helpful.
