I wonder what happned when i downgrade firmware Cisco SX20 TC7.xxxxx ?

You perform a downgrade just as if you were doing an upgrade. When you downgrade software, you'll have access to all the features up to that software version, meaning you'll lose all access to any new features you might have had when running a new software version.

In addition to what @Patrick Sparkman wrote - you may also find some of the functionality doesn't quite work as expected if your SX20 is one of the newer ones with a TRC6 remote instead of the older TRC5 remote.  While the basics will still work, access to some of the more advanced features in the older software only work with the older remote.  Similar with the Touch controller - if you go back too far, you won't be able to use a Touch10 controller and would have to use one of the old Touch8 controllers instead.
