I have a Cisco DPC3939 provided by my ISP. Using a Polycom vvx series video phone that is negotiating g722 for the audio and h.264 for the video I can get video to establish but there is no audio. If the video is disabled I have bidirectional audio. Has anyone had any similar issue? Is there any H.264 limitation on this device? Can anyone tell me if the ALG ans/or SPI firewall can be disabled and how? I had looked for an admin guide and could not find one. the ISP tells me that these features cannot be disabled, any help is appreciated.
