We have non-IP setup with a Cisco quickset C20 running ISDN lines using a Cisco ISDN link, when calling the polycom bridge we receive audio but no video is sent or received. I can make a direct call to another polycom and have no issues but when calling the bridge it seems that it connecting in secondary mode, or audio only. Any Ideas?

what type of ISDN gateway is it? have you look at the log files there?
when you said you make a direct call to Ply endpoint, did you mean direct IP call? not a Ply expert but doesn't MGC open up two connection lines/stream to each endpoint?

Is four bri lines connected to the Cisco ISDN telepresence link, by calling direct i mean direct dial to a polycom ISDN vtc without the need of the bridge. Not ply expert either not sure how the MGC works. But if it does openn two connections how do i configure the C20 to accept the connections. Currently i only get audio but no video.
Thanks for you help in advance.

Hi,
As per detail given in the post , Calls are working with other polycom unit and not with MGC - This confirms configuration for C20 is ok .
You can disable encryption and test if call works .
codec :
xConfiguration Conference 1 Encryption Mode: Off
Link :
xConfiguration H320 Encryption: Off
Another problem i can see related to ISDN lines , Is your unit and MGC using ISDN lines from same service provider ? If not then may be issue with service provider network interop .
hth
Kind regards,
Dharmmesh

Hello i am having the same issue with an SX80/isdn link connecting to a Polycom MGC100. After a few calls we realized that the call worked if we disabled H.264.
