DX70 UPGRADE

Hi

I have a dx70 that currently has developer version installed. This is not allowing me to upgrade. I follow the steps below and nothing works:

1. follow steps on the conversion guide from android to ce

2. factory reset

3. pointed dx to cisco upgrade cloud tool to do an automatic upgrade and ended up with an error on top left"unsupported version"

Any suggestions ?

Is it possible to turn a developer version into a regular version?

Have you tried downgrading to a lower version first, then going through the upgrade process?

currently at version 4.4 so I have not tried to downgrade. if you look at the link below it says no minimum version required

http://upgrade.cisco.com/DX

There is no 4.4 software for the DX70, can you provide a screenshot of the endpoint's web interface or output via SSH?
If you really are running a 4.4 version of software, it isn't listed on Cisco.com, is the endpoint really a DX70 or could it be something else?

see screenshot from the "about device" section

That looks very much like some kind of engineering version.  Seeing you're a Cisco employee, you may have more luck reaching out to your internal Cisco people with this one than here in the public forums.

If that doesn't help, you could try a manual upgrade by following the similar process to the DX80 - see DX80 converting from Android to CE without CUCM
