DX80/70 and Jabra Handset 450 disconnected

Dear community,

 

I have a DX80 and a Jabra Handset 450 (USB phone).

Frequently, we observed a disconnection of the Jabra phone.

This disconnection consists in"not hearing his interlocutor on the phone" and conversely for the person calling.

One way to solve this is (but it does not work all the time) to restart the DX.

 

- CUCM : 11.51.13902-2
- firmware DX : ce9.2.3.3ba381b
- phone: Jabra Handset 450

 

Have you ever encoutered this problem and find a durable solution ?

Hello,

 

Is this issue happening with particular DX80?  did you try with another DX80 units as well?

And also did you test this headset with any other unit? what was the result?

 

This is headset is working on other units then this could be port issue as well.

Try to perform a factory reset or upgrading to latest CE9.7.x and see f you are still facing the issue.
