DX80 error message "Microphone not detected"

We have a DX80 that has the error message "Microphone not detected" displayed at the top of the screen.

Remote System Diagnostics check does not show any issues.

Configuration shows "Input Microphone Mode: FocusedWide" and "Microphones Mute Enabled: InCallOnlyTrue"

When on a call, video works and audio can be heard, but the other party cannot hear any audio from the DX80. The Call Control page shows Microphone is On and volume levels can be adjusted. Call details shows audio packet traffic being transmitted and received.

 

So it appears something is wrong with the physical microphone of the DX80 and we have logged a case, however my questions is where on the remote admin page or in the logs do I see any info about the "Microphone not detected" message?
