DX80 set Static IP ,but after it restart it change to dhcp

I had a problem about DX80,I set Static IP for it ,but  after it restart it change to dhcp.What's the problem

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue using CUCM 10.5 and DX version is DX80 version is sipdx80.10.2.4.46.

Android version is 4.1.1

I do not know whether this bug is related to our issue . What is the firmware version and CUCM version u are using?

IPv4 Configuration disappears after upgrading firmware

Symptom:
IPv4 Configuration disappears after upgrading firmware

Conditions:
ANDROID version

Workaround:
No workaround

Further Problem Description:
IP default configuration is "USE static IP" unchecked. Also when going to different versions of ANDROID there is always a Factory Reset done by DX itself. (Not by user.) That is why IPv4 Configuration disappears.

So this is a bug ,we can't slove this problem now .
