hi everybody can anybody kindly tell me that can we interconnect two routers by E1 if one of them is having bnc connector and other pri E1.

HI,
If your router physically has BNC connectors and is G.703 only, then you will need a G.703/E1 (75 Ohm/ 120 Ohm balun) impedance matcher! You can buy these from the likes of Black Box.
But, if you are using the VWIC-1MFT-E1 modules in your routers there is a command line to get around it. Go to the controller context in config mode and change the impedance using the "line-termination" command to what you want. If this is what you do, then all you will need to a PRI cross-over cable (1&2 to 4&5, and vica versa)
