Egypt does not observe daylight savings time as of April of 2011, however as of this April it still appears to be observed on our TMS 13.0 server. All our Egypt endpoints have been adjusted to not observe DST. And it has not impacted the connection schedules (everything works) but it is leading to some confusion with our end users. In the following attachment i have booked a conference with two Egypt endpoints and two German endpoints, the actual local start time in both locations is the same 10:11PM however as you can see the times are incorrect:
Is there a way that anyone knows of to resolve this issue or should I open a TAC case?
