Where would I find the EOF for the following Cisco video conference codecs?

Cisco Webex Codec Plus

Cisco Webex Codec Pro

If nothing comes up, then there's no public date announced yet.

The three models you listed (Room Kit, Codec Plus and Codec Pro) are all current models - so there is no end of sale date on those as at the date of this post.
