Touch 10 missing Share Button

Hi All,

Just encountered a endpoint that is not showing the share button on the touch 10 panel.  Ive gone through the GUI but dont see no options on enabling this button.  Anyone have any ideas on how to regain this button ?  Could it be cabling ?

Hi there

I am wondering if you are facing this,

When the codec uses the local layout set to equal and they click the button on Touch 10 and choose an option, this causes the button to disappear. Can occur when on a call or just by doing local presentation. Codec needs to have the option set to: *c xConfiguration Video DefaultLayoutFamily Local: Equal

Try to Reboot the Codec and see if its getting the layout button back.

One place you should check in the Web interface is the Visibility of the input - depending on your codec and software version (you didn't mention either of them in your post), try under Settings > Configurations > Video, then scroll down to the Input Connector your content would be connected to (possibly Connector 2 on a single camera system) and set the "Visibility" to "Always" to have it be available at any time (whether there is a device connected or not).
