Endpoints show old phonebook entry

Hello everybody,

I renamed an MX300 and changed all entries, both on the CUCM and on the TMS. I also changed the phonebook entries.
Unfortunately, the old name still appears on the VCs in the directory and also the new name.
I've updated all the directories in the TMS.
Has anyone ever had such a problem and can help me here?
TMS was also restarted.

This can happen if the end users add an entry in to the Favourites on the endpoint.   Check there and see if that is where your additional old entry is coming from.

thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there are no favorite entries. To reiterate, all endpoints have this old entry in the directory.
