Event Failed: Purging expired log files

Hi everybody,

since the last update of the TMS to version 14.2.2.

I got every morning the following error.

"The event failed to complete. Details: You are trying to access a subdirectory that is located inside a web site from a SafeLocation that does not allow web site file system access."

Does anybody have the same error? How can I fix that?

regards

jens

Hey

This might be related to the "ftp" folder being mislocated. For example the software directory (endpoint software packages) maybe located outside off the wwwTMS directory. It is a requirement now to have the directories accessable from web within the wwwTMS folder. Do you store the software packages outside this folder and is that the folder TMS is pointing at?

Hi Magnus,

this sounds good. Yes we have moved the softwarefolder to "D:\Software\", because the system partition is not so big.

Is there a possibility to fix that, without moving the softwarefolder back to the systempartition.
