EX 90/tablet connection

The tablet will not automatically connect or detect the EX90. We have tried to factory reset both devices multiple times and the connection will still not occur. Both devices are on 7.3.12. They were fully functional, we tried to move offices and now they will not function. Any suggestions on what might work to make the devices reconnect?

Is it only one device, or were there multiple devices that were moved?  If there were many, make sure you have the right touch8 panels with the correct devices.   The touch8s that came with some of the C series endpoints or old SX20 devices, are not necessarily compatible with the EX90.
