Perhaps I can't see the wood through the trees. If you configure more than one facility service how do the end users access these? The first facility service for example is the helpdesk which is displayed on the touch controller but how are the remaining ones accessed?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The other 4 are there more for system integrator used. If you are using 3rd party external controller, you can use the commands and integrate to your own touch panel. But this is more applicable if you use intergrator's codec.

According to the Admin Guide, "Only FacilityService Service 1 is available on the Touch controller, and its Name is used on the facility service call buttion. Facility services are not available when using the remote conrol and on-screen menu".
If only one is available, then it does raise the question as to why it allows you to configure 5 of them?

Is this any different with ce9 on MX series?
No, the same applies. Only the first one will be visible to the end user using the standard endpoint control.
