Hi all,
A Power button of EX60 we bought the other day is sometimes very unresponsive.
(The other EX60's work fine)
Of course software upgrade to TC7.2 didn't solve this.
Should we open DOA?
Or is there any workaround?

You can try a factory reset as described in the following link
https://supportforums.cisco.com/video/11930956/factory-reset-ex60ex90-tc51-onwards
If it still does not work, then you might need to go for replacement.
