The Cisco Touch contoller is designed to operate the C-series and EX series based endpoints. One of the main goals is to make the operation of the system as easy as possible. This creates a user friendly solution even for non-technical users. All TelePresence solutions will have the same GUI in the near future.
As far as I know there is no plan to customise this panel with additional control features other than the endpoint itself. If you are seeking for a solution that can operate multiple devices you might want to consider a Crestron or Amx panel. We support those solutions through our developer pages.
