Hello all,
I need a support for SIP URI Dialing.
I have CUCM 8.6.2a in place and 9971 and EX90's are registered with this.
My issue is, From 9971 phones we are able to place PSTN calls, but from EX not able to make any PSTN calls.
The PSTN is configured as H323 Gateway.
In EX90 configured ,
SIP MODE=ON
URI= sip:dn@cucm ip (sip:1000@10.10.102.11)
Server discovery=manual.
proxy= ip add of cucm.
server type= cucm
Transport=TCP
sip auth=none.
password=none.
Attaching the logs from EX.
tnx

Hi Bobby,
i think you are trying to dial this number "96998000", but the logs are very verbos. we can't conclude much from this logs.
i think the best way it to open the TAC case as it will involve logs collection and reading it on CUCM and gwateway level both.

Yes Alok the number dialing is a PSTN number 96998000, since its sending URI format to CUCM do i need to configure any kind of route pattern or sip route pattern so that it will strip the ip address part and send only the numbers.?
tnx

hi bobby,
what is the number presenting to H323 gateway by CUCM ? do you see this call hitting on to gateway
the cucm should do the interworking for your call scenario.
debug voip ccapi inout, debug isdn q931 are some commands you can run on the router and check what's happening.
rgds,
Alok
