Is there any way to set up a speed dial or a hot button on the UI of the phone to make the process of calling someone easier, something other than listing it in the favorites?
You can't do that on the UI now on the touch panel.
But on other c-series codec(when using with the remote control), you can assign speed dial number to the 5 softkeys on the remote using the custom softbuttons configuration command.
