Expressway X14.2.6 Protection Automated detection recommended settings

What are the recommended settings on the new Expressway Protection feature? I see I can turn on HTTP proxy inspection and SIP inspections, do I want to "enable" all of these?  All under Automated detection overview

My setup is basic MRA, no B2B.
