Extending Cisco CAB-HDMI-PHD4XS2

Hi everyone,

How do I extend the above mentioned cable between a Precision 40 camera and the SX20 codec?

Will it work using two times CAB-PHD4XS2-SPLIT and standard CAT6 and HDMI cables? Or does the CAT cable have to be custom made regarding the pin-out?
