All,
Ever since upgrading from VCS 7.1 to 7.2.2 (the only obvious change), I've had problems on both of my VCSE's (clustered). Calls to Internet recipients connect but don't receive audio or video. I've reproduced through both Jabber and an EX60 endpoint. First it affected one VCSE (all calls through it outbound). A reboot fixed it. Then a few days later, it happened on the other VCSE and again a reboot fixed it.
I've looked through the logs but don't see anything obvious. Can anyone suggest what I might look for in the logs next time this happens to see what the issue was? The fact that rebooting the VCSE fixed it is concerning.
Thanks!
Ken

I believe the problem is the port changes introduced in VCS 7.2. The UDP 50000-52399 range was widened to UDP 50000-54999. I have adjusted my firewall, will see if the problem reoccurs.

Yes that sounds very reasonable.
If thre problem remains chec that there are no other layer 3 devices
messing with your packets, like NAT helper, l3 instpection, ....
