EXTERNAL VIDEO CALLS FROM OTHER VIDEOCONFERENCING TO CUVC

Hi to all

I will try to give you an idea what we have setup and what is the senario

Central infrastracture : CTM,CTMS,CUCM,CUVC,2911 with 10 MB line for the external video calls

Endpoints: 5 CTS

We want to establish a video conference with external video conferencing systems via the internet

The senario that we have done is: 10 MB line in the 2911 Router .configure NAT that is point to the CUVC.(CTS dial the static number in the CTMS which is configured with interoperability number and then the CTMS open a cascade with the CUVC succesfully.)

The call going succesfull to CUVC from the external video conferencing systems  but it looks that the DTMF is not responding.we touch the Keypad in the tandberg but is not responding..

Note that we have test the setup internally (Two Standalone Tandbergs dial with  SIP or H323 to CUVC  and one CTS dial the CTMS)and everything was ok..)

The problem is only from the outside network

Is the Senario with the NAT correct?.Should we change this senario?
