EXTERNAL VIDEO CONFERENCE DROP AFTER ANY SECONDS

Hi;

I have a TMS version 15.3.0 and TMSXE 5.3 version,
I have an enviroment, with:
CUCM 10.5.2.10000-5
PRESENCE 10.5.2.21900-4
TMSPE: 1.7
CONDUCTOR: 4.2
EXPRESSAY NODES: 8.6 ( clusters EXP-E and cluster EXP-C )
TELEPRESENCE SERVER:4.2(4.23)

Hi;

When I create a new video conference, using SMART SCHEDULER or CMR, an user external can not remain in a conference, this connection is dropped after any seconds.  In my vts logs exist the message below, where inform that closing call due to failed reINVITE SIP.

I check any informations in othe case closed in this forum: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12294701/telepresence-server-active-control-drops-conference-after-30-seconds

But I did the recommendations , but with IX protocol disable in SIP PROFILE CONDUCTOR and MEETING ALIAS, the same error happens. My Max incoming message size is setting to 11000.

Internal conference happens normally.

Any idea?

I've seen some similar behavior in the past - on the SIP trunk pointing to Expressway, try unticking the "SRTP Allowed" checkbox and see if it works.

Hi Nick;

I untick SRTP ALLOWED in my sip trunk with EXP-CORE and my dial out sip, using Smart Scheduler, TMS booking worked fine now.
