Solved: Far end camera control not working with TRC6 remote

I have a SX20 that I upgrade from TC7.3.14 to CE8.3.4. Upgrading from TC to CE required purchasing the TRC6 remote. I notice after doing the upgrade that I was unable to do FECC on the remote endpoint. Does FECC not work with the TRC6 remote control?

FECC does indeed work using CE8 on an SX20. We use it quite frequently here. The process to do so is indicated in the User Guide on Page 33.
