Flip VCSe and VCSc licenses on box

I have a VCS e and VCS c in a remote data center. Apparently, I have the the vcs with the expressway licensee with a internal IP and the control with a external IP. Since changing the firewall and network specifics to inter-change them will take much longer, can I flip the licenses on the boxes?

Unfortunately Cisco doesn’t support/offer swapping VCS-C/VCS-E option key.
