Can anyone tell me if there is a list of recommended platforms for connecting a call manager voip solution to the PSTN ?
Also what circuits do ppl use most? isdn30's ?

Hi,
You can use many Cisco routers, such as 1700, 2600, 2800, 3600, 3700, 3800, 7200, and 7500 models, as voice gateways.
Voice gateway routers can contain analog ports such as FXO and FXS, and digital ports such as E1 and T1.
If lsess channels are required preffered are the analog ports, otherwise go for digital ports.
I have seen T1/E1 deployments to be more common.
