H323 endpoints registered on VCS talking to MX800 registered on CUCM

Hi

 

I have an MX800 registered on CUCM 10.5. I have also enabled SIP between the CUCM and VCS server. However I have 3rd party VC endpoints that can only register to the VCS as H323 devices. My question is, is it possible to set up a VC session between the MX800 (registred on the CUCM) and the H323 3rd party device (registered on the VCS) or would I need a MCU to transcode\interoperate between h323\SIP? Would the MCU work in tis case?

Hello,

Your VCS works as H323-SIP gateway. No need additional devices for interoperate between mx800 and 3rd party device.
