Hi,

I think you need to turn on some extra tracing in order to see the Q.931 negotiation - setting the event log capture filter for 'ISDN' to 'Errors, warnings, information and trace' should do this. However, the log will print out the hex codes that correspond to the Q.931 signalling, so it may not mean much unless you have a copy of the q.931 specification to hand - even then it isn't much fun, but we should be able to figure out how far the call is getting and if/why the network is rejecting the call. However, it may be easier raise a case with the TAC team so that they can assist you with this analysis.

It would be interesting to know if incoming calls work at all, and if this has ever worked and has just stopped, or if this is a new installation you're setting up for the first time?

Thanks,

Luc
