So, I have had this happen twice now in the last 6 months. Somehow, the users manage to shear off the HDMI connection at the camera. I am trying to work through the VHA's Office of Connected Care (who, in turn, work with GlobalMedia) to get this cable description and part number identified, but it is taking way too long. Does anybody have a good part number and description for the proprietary HDMI/Camera Control cable from the SX20 Codec to the camera (not sure what model it is exactly)? I appreciate your help with this.
