how does one use the manual focus feature in Cisco c40?

Hi Graham,

I believe it is not possible using the remote control. However, you can use the API on the codec to focus. Here are the commands to perform the procedure:

xCommand Camera PositionSet

    CameraId(r): <1..7>

    Pan: <-65535..65535>

    Tilt: <-65535..65535>

    Zoom: <0..65535>

    Focus: <0..65535>

thanks Mubashshir, I thought that might be the case as I could not find any way of doing it, seems like a bit of a pointless feature as you would need to be in front of the system to check the focus anyway.

I couldn't agree more. I believe this feature should be available on TC 6. If not, then you can maybe work with your Accounts Manager and open a feature request.
