how to find a serial number of NM-HDV-2E1-60

Dear sir,

I have a module NM-HDV-2E1-60. That module need to be replaced. But the serial number of 'show diag' can't be recognized on SCC. Doesn't NM-HDV-2E1-60 have a serial number?

Can anybody tell me something?

Serial number fo the card might not be helpful for replacment. You need to provide the serial number of the gateway/router in which that card is installed. Do you have that router/gateway under contract or warrenty?

If not, then you might need to talk to reseller from where you bought that card NM-HDV-2E1-60.

It's strange, some NM-HDV-2E1-60 have serial number, but others don't have.
